Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations and enhance delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale implementation frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs while personally managing strategic projects
• Oversee the full lifecycle of customer implementations, translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end enterprise SaaS/software implementations
• 3+ years of experience managing implementation teams or professional services organizations
• Strong fluency in APIs, data migration, and modern SaaS architectures
• Proven ability to build playbooks and delivery frameworks from first principles
