Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to oversee project execution and client implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain engagement and communication throughout the implementation process
• Identify and provide feedback on process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience managing client implementation efforts operationally
• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional implementation teams on multiple projects
• 2 years of experience evaluating operational reports and realigning delivery to meet performance targets
• 2 years of experience with enterprise Change management processes
