Implementation Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for overseeing project execution for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and operations team to successfully complete projects
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement in the implementation process
• Identify process improvement opportunities and mentor team members to enhance performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in client implementation efforts and leading cross-functional teams
• 2 years of experience evaluating operational reports and realigning delivery performance
• 2 years of experience within an enterprise Change management process
• Ability to manage multiple client requests without overcommitting resources
