Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Strategize with customers to develop employee recognition and incentive initiatives
Lead customer-facing discussions from kickoff through launch, documenting program initiatives and scope requirements
Oversee the design of recognition and incentive programs and provide consultation throughout the design process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
Experience in customer-facing implementation management in a software/technical field
Preferred experience with web implementation for client-facing technology/SaaS applications
Familiarity with Salesforce and Smartsheet is preferred
Experience working remotely and with remote teams
