Job Summary

Implementation Manager is a part-time contractor role responsible for end-to-end customer implementations, managing timelines, and configuring a SaaS platform to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome new customers and serve as a key point-of-contact during the implementation process
• Configure the platform based on customer business and technical requirements while managing multiple implementations
• Drive client satisfaction by tracking project status, managing scope, and coordinating internal tasks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in configuring B2B enterprise SaaS platforms or technical products
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within customer success teams
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and identify risks or blockers early
• Proactive and organized approach to ambiguous implementation work
• Comfortable in a fast-moving and evolving work environment
