Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Implementation Manager, responsible for leading client implementations of payroll and HRIS solutions in a full-time, remote role while managing multiple projects and a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for mid-market payroll and HRIS clients
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Foster a collaborative team environment and drive process improvements in implementation methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in project management within payroll, HRIS, or service bureau environments
• Experience in people leadership or team supervision with a focus on development
• Experience managing client-facing software implementations with short cycles
• Strong understanding of UKG Ready and related payroll or HR implementations preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com or Asana
