Job Summary
Implementation Manager oversees multiple client implementations and change management related to products and services, coordinating internal operations in a full-time salaried role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of client implementations, including communication and coordination
- Document business requirements, develop project plans, and implement change control procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and facilitate post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare IT implementation
- Strong understanding of PBM industry practices and regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Microsoft Project, JIRA)
- PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus
