Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving the entire implementation lifecycle, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage complex enterprise-level projects, ensuring successful client onboarding and integration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of implementation projects from contract signature to "Go-Live," developing tailored project plans
• Lead strategic client leadership activities, including kickoff meetings and steering committees, while engaging with HR leaders and technical stakeholders
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of up to 20 concurrent implementations, maintaining organizational rigor and project hygiene across all workstreams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise client implementation, technical project management, or healthcare operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong technical fluency in healthcare data flows and eligibility file structures
• Proficiency in project management tools and a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining documentation
• Experience mentoring team members and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a high-growth environment
