Job Summary

As a remote Implementation Manager, the successful candidate will lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, managing data feed integrations and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to ensure a seamless launch experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including project planning, system configuration, and go-live coordination
  • Manage customer-specific data feeds and integrations, ensuring accurate data exchange between systems
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, driving implementation milestones and addressing risks
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Implementation Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role in a digital health solution environment
  • Strong technical aptitude for managing data feeds, integrations, and system configurations
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and building relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and scale implementation operations within a fast-growing organization
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
