Job Summary

Leading the onboarding experience for independent software vendor (ISV) partners, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage project planning, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and guide partners through the onboarding lifecycle to enhance merchant growth on payment platforms.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning for partner implementations, defining milestones, timelines, and required resources
  • Coordinate collaboration among sales, solutioning, and integration delivery teams to align on integration approaches and status
  • Monitor integration progress, identify obstacles, and ensure a smooth handoff to long-term account management
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in implementation, partner onboarding, or project management within payments or financial technology
  • 6+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional projects using project plans and stakeholder communication
  • 6+ years of experience maintaining implementation reporting in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting software or payment platform integrations by documenting requirements and coordinating issue resolution
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or a related field
