Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end implementation experience for accounting firms, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage customer onboarding, configuration, data migration, and go-live processes while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines and aligning stakeholders
- Translate accounting workflows into the platform's setup, ensuring it meets each firm's operational requirements
- Oversee data migration, validating accuracy and leading testing and reconciliation efforts
Required qualifications
- Solid accounting or finance foundation with experience in public accounting, audit, or in-house roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines
- Clear and confident communicator capable of engaging with senior stakeholders
- Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data validation and migration
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
