Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a 6-month contract basis, the Implementation Manager will drive the project lifecycle for medical device software, managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementations in healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct project kickoff and update calls with hospitals to ensure successful product implementation
• Act as the primary liaison between hospitals and the company, tracking and organizing site information for both commercial and research projects
• Coach clinical teams through successful go-lives and provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and training

Required qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in the healthcare or health-tech field
• Extensive experience working directly with hospitals and healthcare IT departments
• A strong background in imaging, neurovascular, clinical environments, or healthcare-focused IT
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a contract timeframe
