Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Implementation Manager will oversee the execution of employer of record services across the EMEA region, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and ensure smooth implementation of services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and optimize service delivery
• Monitor compliance with local employment laws and regulations in the EMEA region

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management or client implementation roles
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in EMEA countries
• Experience in working with remote teams and managing client relationships
• Ability to analyze and interpret legal documents and contracts
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional EMEA languages is a plus
