Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high volume of mid-market and enterprise implementations, the full-time Implementation Manager will own project management from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee 15-20 concurrent implementations, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are addressed promptly
• Lead internal and external discovery to create tailored implementation plans and manage project milestones
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance and ensuring smooth handover to the Customer Success team post-implementation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations, preferably in HR/recruiting tech
• Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent implementations, balancing complexity and customer expectations
• Technical proficiency to read API documentation and troubleshoot basic integration issues
• Experience working with global customers and cross-functional teams
• Strong project management skills with a focus on operational rigor and accountability
