Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support the IT organization, the full-time Implementation Manager will design and execute change strategies that enhance customer, agent, and employee adoption while collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and deliver implementation plans related to training, communication, and post-release support
• Design and execute change strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption
• Collaborate with senior leaders and provide coaching to managers during transitions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in change management or implementation roles
• Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Experience in developing training and communication plans
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Experience in supporting organizational change initiatives
