Implementation Manager

Job Summary

As an early Implementation Manager, the full-time remote position will lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing support while collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects from sales handoff through user testing and post-go-live
• Become a product expert, overseeing configuration and customization of the loan origination system
• Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of software deployment in mature enterprise organizations
• Ability to advocate for customer needs while balancing company objectives
• High degree of curiosity and willingness to learn about the mortgage ecosystem
• Proven track record of building relationships with customer stakeholders
