Implementation Manager

Job Summary

The full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage onboarding and implementation projects for insurance carriers, serving as the primary delivery contact and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and efficient platform implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day implementation process and timeline from kickoff to go-live
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with platform capabilities
• Document project scope, manage change requests, and communicate risks to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing implementation, project management, or solution delivery roles, preferably in SaaS or InsureTech
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder software implementations in regulated industries
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, including workflows and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
