Implementation Manager

Job Summary

As a remote Implementation Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end customer implementations, translating business and technical requirements into a configured Hummingbird platform while managing timelines, stakeholders, and project scopes.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome new customers and serve as a key point-of-contact during the onboarding process
• Configure the Hummingbird platform to meet customer requirements and manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve implementation processes and ensure client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Experience configuring B2B enterprise SaaS platforms based on customer needs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Customer Success teams
• Ability to manage priorities effectively and proactively identify risks or blockers
• Proven problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Organized and reliable with a focus on delivering clear plans and outcomes
