Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead structured implementations, validate technical integrations, and train dealer teams while ensuring successful handoffs to Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding lifecycle, enforcing readiness gates and managing 10-40 concurrent implementations
• Evaluate sales handoffs for quality, providing feedback and ensuring readiness before kickoff
• Validate technical configurations and conduct pre-launch quality assurance to confirm operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation Management, Technical Onboarding, or Project Management within SaaS or eCommerce environments
• Proven ability to manage 10+ concurrent client implementations with cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands-on proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) for account staging and implementation tracking
• Experience validating technical configurations and integrations via documented test plans
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
