Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning the execution of complex enterprise implementations, the full-time hybrid Implementation Manager will manage project plans, coordinate engineering efforts, and ensure successful customer onboarding and stabilization.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the execution of complex, enterprise implementations end to end, including project planning and risk management
• Work with customers to design solutions that meet their compliance requirements and translate them into implementation plans
• Guide customers through technical integration and ensure their setup is production-ready

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in delivery, implementation, or technical project management for B2B software products
• Proven track record of managing complex deliveries from kickoff to stable production state
• Strong project management skills, including risk tracking and stakeholder coordination
• Technical fluency with APIs, data, and integrations, enabling credible discussions with engineers and customers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
