Job Summary
Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will oversee client implementations, ensuring project plans are followed and maintaining communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee multiple client projects at various phases, ensuring accurate project documentation and deliverables
- Maintain communication with internal teams and stakeholders, providing status reports and identifying risks
- Build relationships with broker partners and clients, delivering superior service and supporting process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of benefit implementation or project management experience
- Proven success in a client-facing position
- Strong facilitation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with employee benefits experience a plus
