Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing customer onboarding and implementation processes, the full-time remote Manager of Implementation will oversee the Select and Mass Market teams to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction for products like PBIS Rewards and Hall Pass.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee customer onboarding and software implementation, ensuring project milestones are met
• Manage Salesforce data accuracy and improve workflows in Salesforce and HubSpot
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless project handoffs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including case and project management
• Experience defining and implementing Salesforce and HubSpot workflows
• Ability to create and deliver training for customers and internal teams
