Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex implementation projects in state and local governments and healthcare segments, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead project management efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and technical management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for new initiatives and ongoing projects
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address technical requirements and ensure successful deployment
• Regularly update stakeholders on project status and conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in leading and implementing projects end-to-end
• Strong knowledge and experience in the Healthcare/Non-Profit/Government sector, preferably with Medicare/Medicaid/AAAs/CBOs
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS implementation
• Exceptional data and analytical skills
• Ability to operate effectively in an early-stage startup environment
