Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end onboarding and ongoing configuration experience for employer and partner clients, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage project plans, coordinate internal teams, and handle technical setups to ensure successful client launches and operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the full implementation lifecycle from contract signature to ongoing support for new employer and partner accounts
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment among internal and client stakeholders throughout the process
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, leading client-facing kickoff calls and coordinating across multiple departments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation, customer onboarding, project management, or a related role, preferably in digital health or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex implementations simultaneously
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as data formats, file transfers, SSO, and API integrations
- Experience with benefits administration systems or employer group data is a strong plus
- Highly organized with excellent project management instincts and experience using tools like Asana, Slack, Confluence, and Jira
