Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end client implementations, the full-time Implementation Manager will oversee the technical delivery of cloud-based payment solutions, ensuring a high-quality client experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage client implementations from kickoff through go-live and post-launch transition
• Facilitate discovery workshops to assess client workflows and translate business requirements into system configurations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and maintain clear communication with clients

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, client onboarding, or SaaS delivery
• Experience with API-driven products and system integrations
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
