Job Summary

Transforming complex workplace equity goals into measurable outcomes, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will drive customer success by guiding enterprise clients through onboarding and full platform adoption while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high-impact onboarding programs to establish the platform as an essential asset for enterprise decision-making
• Define metrics and KPIs to showcase onboarding and adoption success, ensuring customer satisfaction within the first 120 days
• Build cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to enhance the customer experience and represent customer insights

Required qualifications

• Experience onboarding and implementing enterprise customers on a SaaS product
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across teams
• Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
• Deep curiosity and willingness to explore product functionalities to meet customer needs
