Job Summary
To ensure successful project execution, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead the operational execution of project plans for new and existing customers, collaborating with internal teams and clients while identifying process improvement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in daily activities to ensure successful project completion
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep all parties informed about the implementation process and operational status
- Identify and provide feedback on process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience overseeing client implementation efforts operationally
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple projects simultaneously
- 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports and realigning delivery to target performance
- 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process
