Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate Implementation Manager will implement and deliver customized versions of ALEX for customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and deliver ALEX by analyzing customer benefit packages and managing individual releases
• Troubleshoot customer issues and maintain excellent rapport while communicating project schedules and progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to document process improvements and ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role
• Proven ability to manage complex tasks and competing priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Experience balancing internal and external requirements and demonstrating ownership of actions and decisions
• Strong skills in creating spreadsheets and attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and perform under pressure during busy seasons
