Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Associate Implementation Manager will implement and deliver customized versions of ALEX for customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and deliver ALEX by analyzing customer benefit packages and managing individual releases
- Troubleshoot customer issues and maintain excellent rapport while communicating project schedules and progress
- Collaborate with internal teams to document process improvements and ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management role
- Proven ability to manage complex tasks and competing priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience balancing internal and external requirements and demonstrating ownership of actions and decisions
- Strong skills in creating spreadsheets and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and perform under pressure during busy seasons
