Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support successful customer onboarding and deployment, the remote Implementation Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation process, coordinate with internal teams, and drive improvements in Time to Value (TTV) metrics while ensuring a smooth transition to the post-sale team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for new customers, ensuring timely onboarding and seamless experiences
• Support clean handoffs from sales to post-sale teams, identifying upsell opportunities during implementation
• Deliver effective training sessions and monitor adoption metrics to enhance customer success

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, training, or customer success roles, preferably in the ABA space
• Proven track record of successful software implementations or SaaS onboarding
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Exceptional training and presentation skills, with experience delivering engaging learning experiences
• Proficiency with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills to track and improve TTV metrics
