Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an Implementation Manager for a full-time remote position, who will oversee the onboarding process for new customers, manage project activities, configure SaaS products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, conducting kickoff meetings and gathering requirements
• Perform basic project management activities, ensuring effective communication and evaluating risks throughout the implementation
• Customize system settings and workflows to align with client needs, while collaborating with internal teams for a seamless transition to product adoption

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and methodologies
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise software implementations is a plus
