Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise rollouts, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage end-to-end implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design GRC solutions, and configure the Anecdotes platform to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation projects from onboarding to successful adoption for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to create scalable, product-based solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert to help the organization understand customer use cases and product enhancement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Experienced GRC practitioner or consultant with a background in modern GRC or risk management tools
• Proven experience in implementing SaaS solutions or managing complex customer-facing technical projects
• Comfortable engaging with technical environments, including cloud infrastructure and security tooling
• Ability to seek product-based, scalable solutions rather than relying on manual workarounds
• Curious about emerging standards and technologies in the GRC and SaaS landscape
