Job Summary

Guiding clients through the post-sale onboarding journey, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead the implementation process from discovery to activation, ensuring smooth transitions while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead clients through the full implementation funnel, from discovery to activation handoff
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions to identify client goals and proactively address potential roadblocks
  • Deliver targeted training and hands-on guidance for the setup and usage of the Resident Benefits Package
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of direct implementation experience in a tech-enabled or transactional business; PropTech experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage client onboarding processes that involve change management
  • Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and consultative client engagement
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience with property management technology is a plus but not mandatory
