Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Manager to work remotely, who will manage the post-sale customer journey by guiding clients through data integration, system configuration, and initial training, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term success with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Completing successful implementations for multiple clients/accounts as assigned
• Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction ratings while managing data migration and system configuration
• Managing internal tools and documentation to support the implementation process and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within an Edtech company or school/district
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred
• Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Extensive experience with technology tools such as Hubspot, Jira, and Zendesk
• Some familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection purposes
