Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise customers, the full-time Implementation Manager will coordinate across multiple teams to ensure successful rollouts, managing timelines, milestones, and stakeholder accountability in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans, ensuring timely and high-quality enterprise rollouts
- Facilitate the handoff from Sales to Customer Success and Solutions Engineering, validating service scopes and timelines
- Coordinate technical integration workstreams and build training enablement calendars in partnership with Customer Education
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in implementation management or technical program management at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts (1,000+ user deployments preferred)
- Strong understanding of structured project management and risk tracking
- Ability to effectively coordinate technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in defining and enforcing service scopes and managing expectations
