Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing the customer implementation process, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead 30-40 concurrent projects from contract signature through full adoption, ensuring successful onboarding and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the customer implementation process and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Design and adjust project plans to maintain engagement and momentum during onboarding
• Conduct training sessions and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
• Proven ability to manage multi-month implementation projects with mid-market or Fortune 100 clients
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and complex software ecosystems
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• High emotional intelligence and professional resilience
