Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a remote team, the full-time Manager, Implementation will oversee the onboarding process for Smart Sites customers, ensuring successful implementations while managing a team of Implementation Managers and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and manage a remote team, fostering high performance through coaching and mentorship
• Ensure successful implementation of client accounts, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction ratings
• Oversee customer onboarding and transition to the Customer Support team, ensuring readiness and satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience managing or leading a team of 5 or more
• 2+ years of experience in customer implementations within an Edtech company or school/district
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university preferred
• Extensive experience with technology tools such as Hubspot, Jira, and Zendesk
• Familiarity with SFTP and API for data collection purposes
