Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, multi-state partner launches, the remote Implementation Manager will manage end-to-end implementation planning and execution for new payer and health system partnerships while collaborating across various teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning and execution for new partnerships, including operational rollouts
• Develop detailed implementation plans and communication strategies to align internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor progress against timelines and deliverables, identifying risks and driving accountability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (required)
• 3-5+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, or program management (required)
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments
• Working knowledge of the DME industry or health plan operations preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
