Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the successful onboarding and strategic integration of marketing solutions, the full-time Implementation Manager will partner with executive client stakeholders to deliver tailored implementation strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success
• Manage strategic projects for existing clients, including product expansions and custom initiatives
• Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in SaaS implementation or consulting
• Strong track record of high-stakes project management with executive stakeholders
• Expertise in digital marketing/MarTech ecosystems (e.g., ESPs, commerce platforms, tag managers)
