Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously, the full-time Implementation Manager will lead clients through a seamless onboarding experience of the Saleo Platform, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage customer implementations as the implementation lead and Saleo subject matter expert
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and provide best practices throughout the onboarding process
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Sales to deliver platform configurations and track project progress

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience managing SaaS software implementation projects
• Proven project management skills with a focus on communication and relationship management
• Exceptional organizational skills and timely communication across multiple channels
• Outstanding public speaking skills for delivering impactful training sessions
• Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability to evolving business needs
