Job Summary
Leading the onboarding process for clients in stock plan services, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, develop client onboarding plans, and manage communications to ensure a seamless transition from sales to ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client implementation project timelines and workplans
- Oversee task assignment and prioritization for the Implementation team
- Lead new client implementation meetings and ensure smooth transitions to support
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 8 years of experience in leading client onboarding or implementation projects in professional or financial services
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing presentations
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
