Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the onboarding of new clients, the full-time Implementation Manager will coordinate implementation activities, manage timelines, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support new client implementations, scheduling and facilitating implementation meetings
• Maintain implementation plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Partner with internal teams to align on client requirements and ensure accurate information sharing throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• AA in a related field preferred
• 1-3+ years of relevant implementation or project coordination experience
• 3 years of project management experience with a proven track record
• Familiarity with workplace tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple business groups
