Implementation Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time Implementation Manager working remotely, the candidate will drive technical excellence in enterprise sales cycles, lead tailored proofs of concept, and ensure seamless implementation and value delivery for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical work-streams in sales cycles, translating prospect goals into GoodShip solutions
• Own the technical continuity from contract signature through onboarding and stabilization
• Document configurations and key technical decisions to support customer success and adoption

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales consulting, or technical implementation in B2B SaaS
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and business case development
• Strong project-management skills for managing multiple sales cycles and implementations
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities, including technical discovery and onboarding
