Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Manager will lead the onboarding of healthcare facilities to a software platform, ensuring successful implementations and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead successful implementations of KPI Ninja service offerings to healthcare organizations
• Manage project governance documents and implementation plans while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating communication and addressing project-related issues

Required qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Previous project management experience in a healthcare organization or with an HIE vendor
• Understanding of Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Health Information Technology (HIT)
• Familiarity with HL7 V2, C-CDA, FHIR, and other healthcare message standards
• Experience in evaluating customer needs and documenting technical requirements
