Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the implementation of software and services, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will act as a liaison among various stakeholders, ensuring tailored solutions for customers while managing project timelines and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders during the implementation process, managing relationships and expectations
• Lead discussions with customers to understand their business requirements and provide tailored recommendations on VPL services
• Document project progress, scope requirements, and maintain accountability for timely and high-quality delivery of implementations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects or implementations with web-based software products
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring web-based software solutions
• 1-2 years of experience activating and configuring parcel carrier accounts and setting up workstations
• Knowledge of remote desktop access software (e.g., GoToMyPC, AnyDesk)
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to a growing team
