Job Summary

Owning the onboarding experience for new customers, the full-time Implementation Manager will lead the setup of AI agents for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses, ensuring smooth transitions and immediate value delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new customers, configuring AI agents for call handling, job booking, and CRM integration
• Customize prompt flows and voice logic to align with each business's unique tone and processes
• Train business owners and office managers on best practices and ongoing optimization strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or technical implementation, preferably in a SaaS, automation, or AI context
• Strong communication skills to simplify AI and technical concepts for non-technical users
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and refine onboarding processes
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to ambiguity while proactively solving problems
