Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of Strategic Workforce Planning implementations, the full-time Implementation Manager will guide customers through deployment and onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure strong adoption and change management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, milestones, and risks
• Translate solution designs and customer requirements into actionable delivery plans and testing approaches
• Deliver training and enablement sessions to support customer adoption and accelerate time-to-value

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Strong project and program management skills, including risk tracking and stakeholder communication
• Experience coordinating technical implementation activities such as integrations and data mapping
• Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training to diverse audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to project teams and senior stakeholders
