Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning the implementation process for embedded finance clients, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage client relationships from contract signing to live transactions, ensuring timely integration and ramping to contracted volumes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee each client from signed contract to steady-state transaction volume
- Produce solution design documents and manage the integration process, including API keys and wallet provisioning
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely underwriting and banking partner approvals
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or technical program management in payments or fintech
- Ability to read API documentation and create solution design documents
- Experience managing client relationships while coordinating with engineering teams
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and willingness to escalate issues proactively
- Proficient in clear technical writing
