Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the operational execution of project plans for new and existing customers, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage client implementations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and operation team in daily activities to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the implementation process and operational status
• Identify and provide feedback on process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience overseeing client implementation efforts operationally
• 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• 2 years of experience evaluating complex operational reports and aligning delivery to target performance
• 2 years of experience working within an enterprise Change management process
