Job Summary

Managing client onboarding campaigns, the full-time Implementation Manager will execute, monitor, and report on campaign performance while collaborating with Client Success and Development teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update campaign details, timelines, and statuses in internal systems
• Track, configure, and launch client campaigns according to defined requirements and timelines
• Monitor active campaigns to ensure delivery, optimal performance, and successful execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university required
• Entry-level role; prior professional experience is not required
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
