Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Managing the customer implementation process, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will oversee 30-40 concurrent projects, ensuring successful adoption of a software platform while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation process from contract signature to full adoption and handoff to Customer Success
- Design and adjust project plans and schedules to maintain engagement during multi-month onboarding
- Conduct training sessions and updates, serving as the primary contact for clients throughout the implementation
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects with mid-market or Fortune 100 clients
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and complex software ecosystems
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work autonomously
- High emotional intelligence and resilience in managing diverse personalities and stakeholders
